Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to support daily administrative and business operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to office management, documentation, reporting, coordination, and business support functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and office operations.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing systems.
  • Support data entry and maintain accurate company records.
  • Assist in preparing letters, quotations, invoices, and internal documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Support HR, finance, procurement, or operation-related tasks when required.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external parties professionally.
  • Assist in handling emails, phone calls, and general inquiries.
  • Participate in company projects, events, and business activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Management, or related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
