Job description:

We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the implementation of RPA and AI automation solutions for banking and enterprise clients.

You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery while aligning with product and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to deployment
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning
• Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage multiple concurrent RPA, AI, and integration projects

Product Alignment & Roadmap Execution

• Work closely with the Product Manager to align delivery with the product roadmap and release plans
• Translate roadmap initiatives into execution plans, sprint timelines, and deliverables
• Track feature rollout, dependencies, and version releases
• Provide structured feedback from delivery and clients to improve product direction

Technical Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate closely with Technical Leads and engineering teams
• Ensure clear translation of business requirements into technical tasks
• Monitor development progress across RPA workflows, AI/OCR modules, and integrations
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and project milestones

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary interface between client, product, and engineering teams
• Lead requirement workshops, progress reviews, and solution walkthroughs
• Manage client expectations, scope changes, and communications
• Provide regular updates on status, risks, and key decisions

Risk, Issue & Quality Management

• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early
• Drive mitigation and escalation when required
• Ensure proper UAT planning, execution, and sign-offs
• Maintain delivery quality aligned with enterprise and banking standards

Resource & Vendor Coordination

• Plan and manage resource allocation across projects
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners
• Track team capacity, utilization, and delivery efficiency

Continuous Improvement & Delivery Excellence

• Improve delivery processes, templates, and governance standards
• Capture lessons learned and refine delivery frameworks
• Support pre-sales with estimation, planning, and delivery approach

Requirements

Experience

• 5–10 years of project management experience (IT / Tech projects)
• Experience in RPA, AI, or system integration projects preferred
• Background in banking / fintech is an advantage

Technical Understanding

• Familiar with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
• Basic understanding of AI/OCR and system integrations
• Able to work closely with technical teams

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
