Job Description:
1. Manage daily operations of the TikTok Shop, including campaign planning, product listing, promotions, order fulfillment, and after-sales service. Establish and develop operational strategies to support the management of Social Commerce activities.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion across social commerce platforms.
3. Create engaging, interactive, and informative content to build brand awareness and attract new audiences.
4. Plan and manage follower engagement initiatives and content to drive sales growth.
5. Monitor and analyze TikTok account performance; provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize results.
6. Conceptualize, script, and develop creative video content and storyboards for marketing campaigns.
7. Maintain organized records and documentation of marketing and operational activities.
8. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
