Job Summary
As a General Clerk you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in CEPCO. This role involves handling documentation, data entry, filing, and coordination with internal departments to maintain accurate records and efficient workflow.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document management
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone inquiries
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supplies management
- Ensure proper documentation control and record-keeping in compliance with company procedures
- Assist departments with basic administrative and coordination tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in clerical or administrative roles (manufacturing experience is an advantage).
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of documentation and record-keeping systems.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
