Full Time Officer, Sales - Marketing Jobs, in Tan Chong Motor Holdings Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote products and generate sales from existing and new customers/dealers.
• Respond and follow up on customer/dealer enquiries via all communication platforms.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends and propose creative ideas.
• Shoot and edit basic visual content and videos for promotional purposes.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Manage online marketplace sales channels and social media accounts.
• Organize and follow up with customers/dealers to ensure prompt payment.
• Liaise with Finance & Admin (Accounts) on invoicing and payment matters.
• Coordinate with Sales/Store Team on order processing and delivery issues.
• Work closely with Service Department on installation/service matters and appointment scheduling.
• Support advertising and promotional activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or recognized Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in content creation or social media management is an added advantage.
• Basic skills in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
• Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid driving license.
