Position Summary:

The intern will support the creation of visual assets for employer branding and employee initiatives, while also assisting in the planning and execution of engagement activities and campus-related events.

This role is designed to develop practical creative and coordination skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with close guidance from the Talent Attraction and Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual collaterals / content creation for employer branding (social media, recruitment campaigns, etc.) and employee engagement initiatives (Vclub, cultural celebrations, internal campaign, etc.)
• Will get an opportunity to learn/work with Creative Team, Marketing Team and Corporate Comms Team via cross-department collaboration project/initiative
• Assist in planning and execution of events such as coordination with vendors on printing/production of collaterals, provide onsite support during events (logistics, coordination)
• Assist in special projects such as Gala Dinner, EVP launch, Social Media launch, or any internal campaigns.
• Perform any ad-hoc projects and requests as assigned by supervisor.

Candidate Requirements:

• Undergraduate students currently pursuing Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Internship period : 3- 6 months (preferred), available to start in May 2026
• Preferred skills:

1) Graphic Design:

- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Strong visual sense and creativity

2) Event Management:

- Interest in event planning and execution

- Good communication

• Have a portfolio or compilation of artwork
• Actively involved in university co-curricular activities, clubs or leadership roles is a bonus.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,250.00 per month
