Requirements

  1. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe PDF, and Google Drive
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  3. Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

  6. Possess own laptop/device
  7. Possess driving license and own transportation
  8. Based in Klang Valley preferred (near to Setiawalk Puchong)

Responsibilities

You'll assist in project preparation, logistics coordination, materials management,and on-site support. Gain hands-on experience in event planning, inventory upkeep,and administrative tasks. Ideal for organized, proactive individuals eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  1. Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information for training engagements
  2. Conduct research on vendors/suppliers for outsourced materials, venues, and services
  3. Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope,and objectives
  4. Coordinate and liaise with trainers and clients to schedule training dates,venues, and other logistical arrangements
  5. Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  6. Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule, and budget
  7. Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time
  8. Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
  9. Monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders
  10. Proactively work and collaborate with other team members to implement projects successfully.
  11. Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials
  12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports for HRDC related purposes.
  13. Support and facilitate the training engagements on site
  14. Adaptable and resourceful in handling ad-hoc requests or sudden changes.
  15. Support the team with other responsibilities as required.
