Receptionist (Relevant experience preferred)
Gross Monthly Salary of up to $3,000 a month
Candidates without operations experience may be considered
Job Description
1. Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
2. Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
3. Register all check-in customers at the front reception.
4. Greet and direct guest to designated tables.
5. Record orders, serve food and beverages.
6. Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
8. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
9. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
