Job Title: Technical Project Management Executive
Target Candidate: Engineer transitioning to Project Management
Position Overview We are seeking a highly technical professional to step into a Technical Project Executive role. This position is designed for an experienced software engineer who wants to pivot from daily coding to driving product delivery, managing systems, and engaging directly with enterprise clients. You will take ownership of the project lifecycle, manage our release pipelines, Quality Assurance, and orchestrate workflows within an agentic-first organizational architecture.
Core Responsibilities
- Project & Product Management: Drive the software development lifecycle for enterprise healthcare platforms. Translate complex, multi-tenant architectural needs and data sovereignty requirements into actionable engineering sprints.
- Customer Engagement & Requirements: Act as the technical bridge between clinical/enterprise stakeholders and the development team. Gather detailed requirements, define technical scopes, and ensure solutions align with operational resilience standards.
- Quality Assurance Ownership: Take direct ownership of the QA function. Design and enforce rigorous testing protocols, ensuring high reliability for critical healthcare applications before they reach production.
- DevOps & Release Management: Oversee and manage the CI/CD pipelines. Enforce Trunk-Based Development practices, and orchestrate feature release to ensure seamless, continuous deployments.
- Agent Orchestration: Integrate, manage, and build workflows alongside digital AI agents. Architect processes where tasks are seamlessly routed between human engineers and agentic systems.
- Technical & User Support: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues. Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshoot infrastructure and application anomalies, and deliver clear technical guidance to end-users and enterprise clients.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Background: At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a software engineer. You must deeply understand codebases, system architecture, and modern development environments.
- Agentic Experience: Demonstrable experience building, deploying, or orchestrating AI agents and LLM-driven workflows within a production environment.
- DevOps Proficiency: Strong understanding of modern deployment pipelines, Git workflows (specifically Trunk-Based Development), version control (e.g., GitLab), and feature flag management.
- Language Skills: Exceptional fluency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex multi-tenant environments, delegated access logic, and database architectures.
Preferred Characteristics
- Strong desire to transition from a pure engineering role into strategic product and project leadership.
- Prior exposure to healthcare technology, compliance standards, or highly regulated enterprise environments.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, prioritizing long-term architectural stability over short-term technical shortcuts.
