Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Computer Technician di SAVERBRO Sarawak - Maukerja

SaverBro is expanding to Kuching, and we are looking for a responsible, hands-on, and growth-minded Computer Technician to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with laptops, computers, gadgets, and customers. You will be involved in checking, repairing, preparing, and supporting devices so that every customer receives a reliable product and a good service experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for:

1. Diagnosing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and other devices

• Identify hardware and software issues.

• Perform basic and intermediate repairs.

• Test devices before and after repair.

2. Preparing refurbished laptops and gadgets for sale

• Check device condition.

• Install operating systems and required software.

• Clean, format, update, and optimize devices.

• Ensure products are ready for customer use.

3. Supporting walk-in customers

• Explain technical issues in a simple and honest way.

• Assist customers with device-related questions.

• Recommend suitable solutions when needed.

4. Handling warranty and after-sales support

• Inspect warranty claims.

• Record issues clearly.

• Update the team on repair status and customer cases.

5. Maintaining technical standards

• Follow SaverBro’s repair and inspection SOP.

• Keep the technician area clean, organized, and efficient.

• Track repairs, spare parts, and device status properly.

6. Supporting branch operations

• Assist the sales team with technical product checks.

• Help prepare devices for display, TikTok Live, and online sales.

• Report bottlenecks, recurring issues, or inventory problems to the Branch Lead or Tech Captain.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Basic to strong knowledge of laptop and computer hardware.

• Experience in troubleshooting Windows laptops and desktops.

• Ability to install Windows, drivers, software, and perform formatting.

• Basic knowledge of SSD, RAM, battery, keyboard, screen, motherboard, and charger issues.

• Good attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to communicate with customers politely and clearly.

• Responsibility in handling customer devices and company inventory.

• Experience in laptop repair is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates or self-taught technicians with strong skills are welcome to apply.
