A fast-growing automotive group is seeking a Senior Corporate Sales Manager in Klang Valley

Your new company

Your new company is an expanding player within the automotive industry, operating multiple brands supported by a centralised shared services structure (HR, IT, Finance). With strong growth plans and a dynamic, collaborative culture, the organisation is focused on building its corporate sales capabilities to capture opportunities in both private and government sectors.

Your new role

As a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving corporate and fleet sales across multiple business entities. This is a sole contributor role, where you will take full ownership of business development and tender management activities.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Driving B2B corporate and government fleet sales across multiple automotive brands
  • Managing and securing tenders (government and corporate) end-to-end
  • Building and expanding key accounts and strategic partnerships
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across different entities
  • Operating in a hands-on, hunter-style role with full sales ownership

    What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in automotive B2B / fleet / corporate sales
  • Strong track record in handling tenders (government preferred)
  • Experience managing corporate clients and large-volume sales
  • A hunter mindset with a strong drive to build a business
  • Ability to work independently in a sole contributor capacity
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in similar B2B / corporate sales roles
