Relevant Experience

• 10+ years' experience (Master's) or 7+ years post-PhD in AI / Data Science.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Proven track record managing delivery teams of data scientists and AI engineers for at least 3 years."

Mandatory skills:

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 end-to-end AI use cases, ideally including servicing copilots, conversational AI, document intelligence, workflow routing, contact centre support, case summarization, or next-best-action guidance.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders across servicing, operations, digital, and technology functions.
• Exceptional ability to translate servicing needs into AI solution design for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience managing ML artefacts and LLM cost optimization is a strong plus.
• Proven track record managing delivery teams of data scientists and AI engineers for at least 3 years.
• Ability to connect AI delivery to operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
