The Role

As RTR Team Lead, you'll own the end-to-end Record to Report cycle across multiple international markets. Your day-to-day will include:

• Monitoring RTR function performance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all financial deliverables
• Reviewing journals, reconciliation reports and accounting analyses for completeness and integrity
• Collaborating with global process and performance teams to achieve and improve KPIs
• Identifying and implementing process enhancements through regular end-to-end reviews
• Liaising with GBS leadership, global headquarters, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Working with IT to transition manual processes towards automated solutions
• Overseeing multiple finance projects and supporting key business decisions

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings proven RTR expertise, strong leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. You'll also need:

• Hands-on RTR experience, ideally within a SSC or GBS environment
• SAP or equivalent finance ERP system proficiency
• A degree in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical skills and confident communication in English
• A collaborative approach to leading teams and engaging diverse global stakeholders
