This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management activities, implementing and enforcing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and managing HR operations. The role will also include handling recruitment, performance management, compliance, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organization's values.

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Ability to handle Employee Relations and develop effective HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and compliance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Proven experience in managing talent acquisition and performance evaluation
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Malaysia
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
