• Direct Sales: Representing reputable brands at high-traffic event sites and roadshows.
• Team Expansion: Active involvement in recruitment and headcount growth as you scale into leadership.
• Management Training: Structured modules on sales psychology, public speaking, and operational management.
• Regional Exposure: Opportunities for networking and travel to our regional offices for top performers.
