This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Administrator located in Puchong. The Project Administrator will be responsible for the coordination, planning, and tracking of projects to ensure timely completion. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and providing administrative support to the project team. The role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Project Management and Coordination, Scheduling, and Task Prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Documentation, Record-Keeping, and Report Preparation
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in an administrative or project support role is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
