Overview:

A global organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial and operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites. This role involves close collaboration with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, offering strategic insights, financial guidance, and process improvements. Occasional travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Perform cost accounting and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive cost savings and improve profitability.
• Support capital investments and evaluate ROI.
• Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial tools.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
• Experience in financial modeling and multilingual ability is a plus.
