Full Time Assistant Marketing Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in AZEO Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for a highly independent and hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager to drive branding, marketing, and business growth initiatives at AZEO.

This role reports directly to the CEO and will also lead our Senior Content & Social Media Executive while helping to shape the future marketing team structure based on business growth and priorities.

We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and take strong ownership in a fast-paced SME environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead marketing and branding initiatives
• Drive digital marketing and campaign execution
• Support lead generation and business growth activities
• Guide and lead the Senior Content & Social Media Executive
• Evaluate future marketing manpower and resource needs
• Coordinate event marketing and engagement campaigns
• Work closely with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6 years of marketing experience
• Strong digital marketing and branding exposure
• Leadership or team coordination experience
• Independent, proactive, and execution-focused
• Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working directly with leadership

Added Advantage If You Have

• B2B marketing experience
• Experience in SME or fast-paced environments
• Exposure to training, HR solutions, or service-related industries
• Event marketing and campaign management experience
