Full Time Area Sales Manager (Sarawak) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Bon Food Industries Sarawak - Maukerja

Area sales managers are responsible for tracking, recording, and monitoring. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible to lead the team sales by control their daily tasks, execute marketing programs in the market, manage the collection, overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge.

Job Scope

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the assigned area.
• Monitor and drive sales performance to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration
• Collaborate with the sales team to establish pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product offerings.
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives, supervisors, or other staff within the area.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners within the area.
• Resolve any customer issues or complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics to senior management.

Requirement

• Minimum 5 years Experience in the FMCG industry as a supervisor or manager level
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly committed, motivated and have good team spirit
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to work under pressure and ad hoc duties
• Able to travel
• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
