About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to support business growth within the FMCG sector. This role focuses on driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient product distribution in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales performance by promoting products and achieving assigned targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing and new accounts.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and support.
• Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

Market Insights & Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions.

Distribution & Operations

• Ensure timely product delivery and efficient distribution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize logistics and supply.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel for work.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
