Full Time QUANTITY SURVEYOR Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Daie Engineering Selangor - Maukerja

Jobs Description:-

• Tender preparation & submission
• Source for sub-contractor
• Prepare LOA, preparequantity surveying element of works i.e. estimation of project cost, cost monitoring, specifications, BQ, VO, EOT, claim & final account
• To prepare commercial & technical report for award recommendation including LOA
• Maintain project budget & cost control report
• Sub-contractor registration & evaluation including service performance
• Any other tasks by Superior

Requirement:-

• Posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Must have good measurement, pricing and negotiation skills & Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
• Willing to travel & communicate effectively with project team
• Familiar with JKR documentation & presentation added advantage
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply
• Work location : Bandar Puchong Jaya

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
