Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sports management team.
  • Assist in planning and executing sports events and competitions.
  • Handle roster, attendance and documentation.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage inventory of sports equipment and supplies.
  • Support budgeting and expense tracking processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest or background in sports is an advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
