Job Description

  • Establish and manage a regional Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring and performance management framework for key regional vendors
  • Analyze operational data, identify and drive areas for cost, productivity and performance improvement in all markets that we operate in
  • Identify gaps in operational resource planning and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support the development and alignment of SOPs, best practices, and performance targets
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance tracking
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects from planning to execution
  • Track business performance and support the preparation of management reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a strong interest in operations, project management and process improvement
  • Strong analytical thinking, and ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
  • Structured thinker with good problem-solving capabilities
  • Skilled at communicating and collaborating with diverse teams across Southeast Asia and Latin America to standardize best practices
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
