Admin & Client Support Executive
Location: Bangsar South
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200
Working Hours: Standard working hours (Monday – Friday), overtime if required
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised Admin & Client Support Executive to support daily administrative operations, client service coordination, and vendor management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including filing, documentation, and record management
- Monitor office assets, usage, and inventory of supplies
- Handle inquiries, complaints, feedback, and facility booking requests from departments and clients
- Maintain stationery and office supplies, including stock monitoring and ordering
- Prepare and distribute correspondence such as memos, letters, forms, and reports
- Support vendor coordination including contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance based on SLA and KPI requirements
- Support basic cost tracking, reporting, and administrative documentation
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to prepare basic reports and presentation slides
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
