Full Time Lecturer - Senior Lecturer - Human Resource Management Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in City University Malaysia Selangor - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise Master’s and PhD students’ research projects, dissertations, and theses.
• Conduct impactful research and contribute to publications in indexed and peer-reviewed journals.
• Participate actively in curriculum development, academic reviews, and quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with MQA requirements.
• Provide academic advising, mentorship, and research guidance to postgraduate students.
• Engage with industry partners and contribute to consultancy, training, or community engagement projects.
• Carry out administrative and academic duties assigned by the Faculty or University.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess a PhD in Human Resource Management or a related discipline from a recognised university.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at postgraduate level.
• Ability to supervise Master’s and PhD students.
• Active involvement in research, publications, and academic activities will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
