1. Answers customer inquiries via phone, email , SMS, and live chat/social media platform
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
4. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
