Coordinate with factories and freight forwarders to manage all inbound international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Liaise with customs clearance agents to ensure smooth and compliant clearance processes for all inbound shipments.
Manage 3PL (third-party logistics) partners to ensure all customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately within SLA timelines.
Oversee reverse logistics operations, including returns handling, inspection, and coordination for refunds, replacements, or restocking.
Operate and maintain the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure accurate order allocation and seamless flow between systems and warehouse operations.
Monitor shipment status, logistics performance, and fulfillment efficiency, providing regular updates and operational insights for continuous improvement.
2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
Hands-on experience working with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and customs clearance processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with basic data analysis skills.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
