Job Description:

• Financial Accounting: Execute in handling full set of accounts (AP, FA and GL) which covers invoicing/debit notes, accruals control and verification of supplier invoices.
• Cashflow: Monitor daily cashflow and prepare monthly cashflow forecast report.
• Statutory requirement: Liaise with external auditor, solicitor and bankers to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit and statutory requirements.
• Internal Control: Liaise with internal auditor, Group tax, company secretary and other professional to ensure compliance with all matters relating to internal control, tax and statutory requirements.
• System support: To support the system LN Info and Navision - Part /BP creation, Implementation and system interface.
• Treasury issue & matter: Monitor the forex, cash Pooling and hedging.
• To handle ad-hoc tasks: All finance, treasury and system related matters.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting including the preparation of relevant reports, statistics and analyses of financial performance and budgetary variances.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate pursuing professional certificate (LCCI, Advance Diploma or ACCA) are welcome to apply.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
• Computer Literate and familiar Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint.
• Familiar with LN Info and Navision is an added advantage.
• Deferred Taxation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
