Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. 
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently. 
  • Physically fit and able to handle outdoor tasks and document deliveries. 
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport will be an added advantage. 
  • Good attitude, hardworking, and willing to learn. 
  • Able to communicate in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations by handling document deliveries, office upkeep, courier coordination, and general administrative assistance.

  • Deliver office documents and run errands as requested by the company. 
  • Perform office cleaning and sanitization duties when required. 
  • Assist Head Office in receiving incoming courier parcels and mails. 
  • Arrange and send courier parcels or documents to service centres when necessary. 
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks assigned by superior. 
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties and work-related assignments as required.
