What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in daily accounting tasks (data entry, invoicing, reconciliations)
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Help prepare financial reports and statements
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Assist with audit preparation (if applicable)
• Perform ad-hoc finance/admin tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment
• Able to commit for at least 3–6 months
