1) Service Crew
Job Summary
The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Assist in setting up and closing of the restaurant
- Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service operations
2) Kitchen Crew
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation (e.g., washing, cutting, peeling ingredients).
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including cooking stations, equipment, and utensils.
- Handle dishwashing duties, including cleaning dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and labelling of ingredients and supplies.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries.
- Perform simple cooking tasks under supervision if needed (e.g., frying, grilling).
- Support overall kitchen operations during busy periods.
Daily Duties:
- Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Prepare ingredients according to the recipes and chef instructions.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors daily.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation areas after use.
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times.
