Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery orders, and sales documents
- Handle daily sales administration and paperwork
- Coordinate and arrange product deliveries with drivers/logistics
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and inquiries
- Maintain proper filing and record keeping
- Assist the sales team with daily operational tasks
- Update customer and order information in the system
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
