Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis, solution design, and technical specification preparation 
• Knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the following areas: 

a) Domestic Payments

b) Cross-border Payments 

c) Internal Data Interfaces 

d) Loans and Trade Finance 

• Familiarity with G/L processes and MT900 series statements is preferred 
• Experience creating business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams 
• Experience working on multinational projects or within global teams 
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills 

Responsibilities

• Analyze banking business operations and systems, including Loans and Trade, Payments, and internal banking data interface systems 
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders 
• Assess technical feasibility and propose system solutions 
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation 
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 
• Support requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, training, implementation, and post-production support 
• Monitor project risks, timelines, and deliverables within assigned responsibilities 
• Communicate project progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and management
