Responsibilities
Receptionist (Night Shift)
Working Hours:
6 days a week
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Salary:
$2,200 – $2,600
Night Shift Allowance
Monthly Performance Bonus

Job Scope
Attend to walk-in visitors and handle front desk duties
Answer the calls
Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with internal departments when necessary
Ensure smooth operation of outlet
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Able to work night shifts and 6 days a week
Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, email)
Responsible, reliable, and well-organized
Customer service–oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior receptionist or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
