Full Time Analyst, After Sales Support #ESY Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

• Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting and data analysis, identifying profitability trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

• Prepare monthly performance reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with clear analysis and assumptions.

• Monitor and track Aftersales KPIs, including revenue, forecasting accuracy, upselling performance, retention, throughput, parts sales, and labour performance.

• Provide operational support to service centres, including system related issues, package clarification and setup, initiative provisioning, and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with operations teams to support debtor ageing and collections, working closely with Finance to resolve outstanding issues.

• Represent Aftersales and participate in tender and procurement exercises, ensuring compliance with company regulations, governance standards, and cost efficiency objectives.

• Support innovation, digitalisation, and system implementation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and long term sustainability.

• Work closely with Digital Transformation teams on system implementations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Manage and prepare monthly incentive and commission payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Stay up to date with Sime Motors Group Procurement Policies & Authorities (GPPA) to ensure full compliance.

• Support Aftersales related events and ad hoc projects when required
