Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in operating packing and sealing machine
• Follow daily production schedules and work instruction given by Supervisor
• Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure product packaging, labelling and appearance meet company standards
• Report defective products or machine issues to Supervisor
• Pack finished coffee products accurately and efficiently
• Ensure packaging materials are properly stored and used.
• Conduct basic cleaning and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Report breakdowns or abnormal machine conditions promptly to Supervisor
• Assist technicians during machine servicing when required
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness of production area and equipment
• Comply with workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain organized and clean storage/production areas.

Requirement

• Experience in handling machinery in an food manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
