Business Administration / Business Analyst Intern — Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative and operational activities across departments
• Support data collection, reporting, and documentation processes
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and internal correspondence
• Assist in analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Support coordination of meetings, events, and departmental activities
• Maintain organized records and filing systems for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives
• Assist in tracking progress, timelines, and project deliverables
• Conduct basic research and benchmarking for business-related tasks
• Support ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Management, or related fields
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Willingness to learn
