Job Title: System Engineer (Japanese Speaker)

Location: Malaysia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Japanese-speaking (JLPT N2/N1) candidate with a background in Computer Science / IT who is eager to build a career in networking. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are open to learning, gaining hands-on exposure, and working in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
• Support incident management, escalation, and resolution processes
• Work closely with Japanese-speaking clients/stakeholders for issue handling and communication
• Document technical processes, solutions, and reports in Japanese and English
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
• Continuously learn and develop networking skills and certifications

Requirements:

• JLPT N2 or N1 certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
• Willingness to learn and grow in networking domain
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of networking tools or certifications (CCNA, etc.)
• Exposure to troubleshooting, helpdesk, or IT support roles
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux)
