Degree in Quantity Surveying

Minimum 3-year experience in contracts and quantity surveying functions.

Knowledge of Quantity Surveying Practice and Procedure.

Contacts Law, Technical & Commercial knowledge of equipment's and materials, construction procedures, methodology, equipment's and project management.

Knowledge of natural gas distribution system and general construction.

Assess construction costs, review commercial bids, and support tender evaluations.

Provide guidance on costs, materials, and contractor services to ensure compliance with standards.

Manage cost breakdowns, unit rates, and quality control for projects.

Prepare project reports and ensure adherence to safety, health, and security guidelines.

Protect company data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure regulatory compliance.
