Job Responsibility:

1. Maintain and regularly update customer information records.
2. Plan and schedule customer visits to ensure good market coverage.
3. Collect project and market information to identify potential opportunities.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
5. Identify new business opportunities and promote company products.
6. Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and orders until closing.
7. Manage and improve the sales process to attract new clients.
8. Ensure clear understanding of both company objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. At least Diploma/Degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of outdoor sales experience.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Solid understanding of the local construction and infrastructure market.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
6. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
8. Must have own vehicle.
