This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advisor New Car at Carro, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Advisor New Car will assist customers throughout the car purchasing process, offering tailored recommendations based on individual needs. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries professionally, and facilitating smooth sales transactions. Additionally, the role involves researching market trends, staying updated on Carro’s offerings, and supporting training initiatives to enhance sales processes.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills for building rapport, fostering trust, and developing positive customer relationships.
• Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and respond to customer needs.
• Proven Customer Service experience in addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Sales expertise with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and a focus on solution-oriented approaches.
• Experience in conducting or supporting Training for sales teams is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to evolving customer requirements.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus.
