We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team on-site in Melaka. The Project Coordinator will oversee project milestones, ensure timely completion of tasks, and facilitate communication among team members. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing project reports, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The role requires problem-solving, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Project Management, Scheduling, and Task Coordination skills
• Strong Communication, Team Collaboration, and Interpersonal abilities
• Document Management and Report Preparation experience
• Attention to Detail, Organization, and Time Management capabilities
• Technical Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with construction or property development processes is a plus
• Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment
