This is a new business unit that leverages an online approach to complete B2B sales. The candidate will be exposed to challenges in bringing onsite activities online and in gaining market acceptance. The candidate will need to form a team to grow this business unit.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Subang Jaya. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, following up on customer inquiries, engaging with potential clients and close the sales to drive business growth. The role requires nurturing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive client engagement and business opportunities
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolution
  • Proficiency in Sales processes, techniques, and meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to work in a team setting and align with organisational goals
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or related field experience.
