Role Objective
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts through consultative selling of bundled IT Infrastructure and HR solutions.
You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, driving deals end-to-end, and closing profitable projects.
This is not a passive account management role — this is a growth role.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition
- Aggressively prospect SMEs and mid-market enterprises
- Open doors with CIOs, IT Managers, HR Managers, and Business Owners
- Generate new opportunities for:
'- Infrastructure refresh projects
'- Cloud migration
'- Cybersecurity upgrades
'- HRMS / Payroll digitalization
- Build and own a strong sales pipeline with clear revenue targets
2. Solution Selling & Positioning
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover infrastructure gaps and business pain points
- Position integrated solutions (e.g., Server + Firewall + Backup + HRMS deployment)
- Work closely with pre-sales engineers to design winning proposals
- Deliver compelling presentations that focus on ROI, risk mitigation, and scalability
- Differentiate against competitors with value-driven positioning
3. Deal Execution & Closing
- Prepare structured proposals and commercial models
- Negotiate pricing, scope, and payment terms
- Drive urgency and move deals across stages quickly
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly / quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong deal velocity and conversion rate
4. Account Growth & Cross-Selling
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing clients
- Expand accounts into multi-solution engagements
- Maintain long-term relationships for renewals and recurring revenue
- Drive cross-selling between Infrastructure and HR solutions
5. Sales Governance & Reporting
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
- Submit accurate pipeline forecasts
- Track KPIs including:
- Lead conversion rate
- Deal cycle time
- Revenue per client
- Gross margin contribution

- On-Premise & Hybrid Servers
- Network Infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, WiFi, VPN)
- Virtualization & Backup Solutions
- Cloud Services (IaaS / SaaS / Managed Services)
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- HRMS & Payroll Systems (as part of digital transformation initiatives)
Requirements
- 3–5 years proven experience in IT Infrastructure / System Integration / Business Software sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments
- Experiences managing customers, with contacts is a strong advantage
- Able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- High energy, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment
- Possess own transport for client engagement

Compensation Structure
- Competitive Basic Salary (RM3,500 – RM6,000 depending on experience)
