Job Description

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the bridge between potential clients and a premium experience, managing communications and driving lead conversions for a fast-growing luxury salon based in Dubai.

Role Details

  • Work Arrangement: 100% Work From Home
  • Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday
  • Shift: TBD, following GST Time Zone (Dubai Time)
  • Monthly Salary: PHP 40,000 (Bi-weekly payout)
  • Start Date: ASAP


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Manage inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into booked appointments.
  • Client Communication: Handle end-to-end communication via calls, DMs, and follow-ups with a relentless focus on sales.
  • Lead Qualification: Professionally guide clients through the booking process and qualify incoming leads.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update GoHighLevel with accurate client data, detailed notes, and pipeline stages.
  • Automation: Build and manage automated workflows, follow-up sequences, and messaging within the CRM.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and the overall customer journey.
  • KPI Tracking: Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly metrics related to leads, bookings, and conversions.
  • Expert Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of salon services to confidently advise and recommend treatments to clients.


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background in sales, call handling, or high-volume client communication roles.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales psychology and lead conversion techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using CRM systems (experience with GoHighLevel is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Organization: Highly organized with a "can't-miss-it" attention to detail and follow-up systems.
  • Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
