Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• To assist in general administration services in various areas including, but not limited to general administration support services, cafeteria and/ or food service operations, security, IT services, staff accommodation facilities, employee transportation services, office housekeeping, plant landscaping, switchboard and front desk management and building facilities management;
• Assist in all kind of travel arrangements including but not limit to visa application, flight and accommodation reservation, flight check-in and printing of boarding pass;
• Assist to gather information in relation to the processed assigned;
• Help to drafts and prepares communication and documentation in relation to the areas of work to be performed;
• Assist to reviews and implements systems, procedures and work processes to enhance internal controls and improve efficiency;
• Assist in incoming and out-going mails and packages including but not limited to all courier related matters;
• Performs any other duties as required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
