Full Time Admin Assistant Jobs, in Elcomed Sdn Bhd Kajang - Maukerja

All admin work. The person must be carefulness, self-independent, willing to learn.
Plan and schedule the daily deliveries routes for the drivers
Prepare and handover the delivery items to the drivers
Handle the packing and the preparation of shipments J&T
Follow up with customers to ensure they have received their deliveries
Check and verify goods delivered by suppliers
Ensure proper stocking of the delivered goods on the shelves
Conduct stock taking to maintain inventory accuracy
Monitor the expiration dates of road tax and insurance for company vehicles & arrange for renewals and inspection as needed
Maintain proper filing and documentation for the company
Ensure the cleaning staff are properly cleaning designed areas

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (09:00AM - 06:00PM) & Saturday (09:00AM - 01:00PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
