Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets
· Manage and grow existing customer accounts
· Support the sales team in achieving revenue and margin targets
· Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Application & Technical Support
· Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
· Perform product selection, sizing, and configuration (e.g., motors, drives, systems)
· Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards
· Provide pre-sales technical consultation and clarifications
Quotation & Proposal Management
· Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals
· Review customer specifications, drawings, and datasheets
· Highlight deviations, risks, and assumptions clearly
· Coordinate with factories/suppliers for pricing and technical support
Customer Engagement
· Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
· Liaise with external sales team/customers for technical discussions and clarifications
Internal Coordination
· Work closely with engineering, procurement, and factory teams
· Support order processing, including documentation and handover
· Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
