Responsibilities:
To drive the most effective and efficient sale methods in attaining sales target.
To develop sales & marketing plans in line with strategic marketing directions.
To formulate and design the pricing of the products that are competitive and attractive to potential purchasers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Regularly evaluate sales performance and adjust strategies to improve results
To ensure all sales transactions are completed in a timely manner and comply to internal SOP.
Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 6 years in sales and marketing in the property developer industry.
Experience in property development/real estate.
Experience in leading a sales team.
Possess in depth knowledge of property markets and trends.
Experience in *************
Experience in feasibility studies will be an added advantage.
