Job Description
A Sales Admin & Receptionist is responsible for front desk operations, customer service, and supporting sales activities to ensure smooth daily studio operations.
1. Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcome and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
Handle walk-in inquiries about classes, packages, and studio services
Manage client check-ins and class registrations
Respond to calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email inquiries
Provide accurate information about schedules, promotions, and packages
2. Sales Support
Promote Pilates classes, packages, and promotions to clients
Follow up with leads and trial class customers
Assist clients with package purchases and renewals
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management
Maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage retention
3. Administrative Duties
Manage booking systems and update class schedules
Record daily sales and client attendance
Maintain and update customer database
Prepare daily reports for management
Assist with membership tracking and package validity
4. Studio Operations
Ensure reception area is clean and organized
Prepare class attendance sheets before sessions
Coordinate with instructors regarding class attendance
Assist with studio opening and closing procedures
Ensure clients follow studio rules and policies
